Station Hill is thrilled to announce that it has been awarded the Jessica Cecil Cup at the 2025 Reading in Bloom Awards — a recognition traditionally given for outstanding contributions to Reading’s environment.

This accolade highlights the green, community-centric vision of the scheme — from its landscaping and public realm to its support for biodiversity and place-making.

It’s the latest in a string of recognitions for Station Hill this year — following One Station Hill’s win for Best Commercial Workplace at the BCO National Awards and the project’s title of Regeneration Project of the Year at the Thames Valley Property Awards.

A special thanks to LDA Design, who led the landscaping and public realm works, and Gensler, the architects behind the design of One Station Hill. Their collaboration has helped bring to life the verdant, people-focused environment that is now setting new standards for regeneration in Reading.
